I am back (already)

Yes, I am in Japan already.
And I am going to Czech again next month.
Happy?
Not really.... because I like July in Japan even though it is so hot. well too hot precisely.
Besides I missed Japanese July for two years. August as well.
I like summer so much.

I am complaining.

I had a trouble with Finland Airline and sent a sort of complaint mail.
I just thought it is a waste to delete the mail, so I will record it here.

I am basically quiet person, but when somthing goes bad abroad, especially in Europe, I make myself to be demanding. Japanese modest will never be evaluated here. (Of course, I prefer Japanese modest)

Well anyway here is my complaint mail with limited English.
Ah, ESL teachers, Can you grade it? (I am an ESL teacher LOL)



To whom may it concern,

This is to report an uncorfortable experience through the ticketing operation in your ticketing office in Czech republic.
(オマエのとこのチケット売り場で嫌な目にあったぞ)

It was a quite unplesant experience that an operator at ticketing office refused to inform his/her (indistinguishable) name and suddenly turned off the phone when I kept asking. It happened on 5th June 2007about 9:30AM in Czech.
(オマエのとこの男か女かわからん係員が名前教えんと突然電話切りやがった)

The reason I asked the operator's name was that we found a dicrepancy about the ticket condition and it seemed to be helpful to know it to solve the matter. I thought that I could change the flight schedule, but the operator told that the ticket did not allow me to do so and suggested that I call the company which provided me with the ticket for inquiring whether the flight schedule is changeable.
(フライトの日程変更ができるかどうかの話で、担当者わかったほうが話が早いやろ)

Admitting I was rather emotional, it would not be an excuse for hanging up the phone. The operator could have put through or done something else.
(こっちは怒ってたかも知らんけど、そんなもん電話切る理由になるかい)

I hope that I will not have such a response again and you will improve your coustmers service.
(どういうことか説明してくれ)
